Accessing Help

iPlanet Web Server has several components, each with its own online help system:

In the iPlanet Web Server interface, use any help button.
In the Web Publisher applet, use the Help menu. Within Web Publisher, click any Help link.
In Netshare, click the Help button.
In search, click any Help button.

The Developer's Web Site

As a developer, you may also want to access the documentation and other developer and product related information through the iPlanet developer's web site.

Netscape Technical Support

If you need technical support, you can go directly to their web site.

You'll need to know which version of iPlanet Web Server you are using and which version of the component servers and database software you are using. Check the appropriate iPlanet Web Server log(s) and be able to provide the error number and message text, if possible.
